Care Instructions
Preserve the Craft
Our premium piqué cotton is woven to last. A few simple habits — cold wash, gentle drying, and mindful ironing — keep the collar crisp, the color true, and the fabric soft for years.
Printed & Embroidered Design Shirts
Do not machine wash shirts with printed or embroidered designs. Hand-wash them gently in cold water only to protect the print, and always iron the reverse side. Following these steps keeps the colors vivid and the design intact.
The Essentials
Wash, Dry, Iron
Wash
- Cold water only — 30°C or below
- Turn the shirt inside-out before washing
- Use a mild, color-safe detergent
- Wash with similar colors to prevent dye transfer
Dry
- Air-dry flat or on a padded hanger — never wring or twist
- Keep away from direct heat sources (radiator, tumble dryer)
- Reshape the collar while damp so it dries structured
- Avoid pegging the collar directly; peg at the side seams
Iron & Store
- Iron inside-out on a medium setting, ideally while slightly damp
- Press the collar flat — never iron a fold into it
- Store folded on a shelf or hung on a wide wooden hanger
- Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to protect color

Care FAQ
For plain piqué cotton shirts, a gentle machine cycle in cold water (inside-out) is acceptable. For printed or embroidered design shirts, hand-washing in cold water is strongly recommended to protect the design.
Our collars are structurally engineered to hold their shape. Reshape the collar while it is still damp after washing and let it air-dry flat or on a padded hanger — it will stay crisp for years.
Treat stains promptly with a mild, color-safe detergent dabbed gently on the spot. Avoid rubbing vigorously or using bleach, especially on printed areas. For stubborn stains, professional dry cleaning is the safest option.
Dry cleaning is safe and will extend the life of your polo, particularly for printed and embroidered pieces. If you do dry clean, mention the print or embroidery so it is handled with care.
