Free Delivery — Always
Prime Polo offers complimentary delivery on every order across Pakistan. No minimum order value. No hidden charges. We believe premium service begins before the package arrives.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Standard delivery across major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) takes 2–4 business days. Remote areas may take 4–7 business days.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email and SMS. Our team will contact you to verify your order before dispatch for Cash on Delivery orders.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be shared with you once your order is shipped. You can use this to monitor your delivery through our courier partner's portal.
Courier Partners
We ship via trusted courier services including TCS, Leopards, and BlueEx to ensure timely and safe delivery of every Prime Polo piece.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
